Who pays for my injuries if I am injured in a Florida car accident?

Video Transcription:

The at-fault party would be responsible for the payment of the other individual’s injuries. If the at-fault party is unable to pay, then you may be able to recover under your uninsured or underinsured motorist policy. Additionally, Florida law mandates that each vehicle which is registered within the state have at least a minimum of $10,000 and personal injury protection (PIP) benefits. Thus, you may be able to recover from your own insurance company if you are injured in an auto accident.
