Can I recover from a Florida store for injuries sustained when I slipped on a spilled liquid and fell?

Video Transcription:

It depends. In Florida, store owners have a responsibility to keep their premises in a reasonably safe condition. If you have slipped and fell, and it’s in a store, and you believe that it is as a result of the store owners failure to keep the premises in a reasonably safe condition, then you may be able to recover for your injuries and damages. In order to determine whether or not you may be able to bring your claim, you must file it within the four-year statute limitations. I advise to contact an attorney today to see whether or not you may be able to bring your claim.
